Mobile Line Boring

B-TECH LINE BORING provides a mobile line boring service to Sydney, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Wollongong and regional NSW areas.
​
Mobile onsite line boring is required to repair damaged, cracked, oversized or worn out bores and bore faces on a vast range of mining and civil earthmoving and construction machinery. This service is ideal when the bore needs to be repaired but the machine is too large, or it is too inconvenient to be transported to a workshop.
​
We use our own custom-designed line boring set up that can weld the bore whilst the machining process is operating simultaneously. This system is capable of welding, facing and boring up to 400mm diameter to the tightest tolerance in accordance with manufacturers specifications.

B-TECH LINE BORING also completes mobile line boring works to a variety of fixed structures including bridges, power stations and fixed plant crushers.

Liquid Nitrogen Freeze Fitting
B-TECH LINE BORING provides a mobile liquid nitrogen freeze fitting service to the Sydney, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Wollongong areas.
This service is required when there is a need to install bushes, pins and bearings with an interference fit. This eliminates the need to press-fit therefore speeding up the repair process.
